Review: Fitiger 2.7” LCD Screen Digital Video Camcorder Night Vision 24MP Camera HD Digital Camera
If you’re on the lookout for a camcorder camera that’s classy and highly functional, you’ll be very happy with the Fitiger 2.7” LCD Screen Digital Video Camcorder Night Vision 24MP Digital Camera HD. Okay, I admit – the best camera for a pro photographer is very different from the best camera for a hiker or someone like me, who loves photographing and filming everything I see. But like a pro photographer, I look for superior quality and ease of use – within my budget.
Having passed on my old camcorder to my cousin, I was looking for a good night-vision camera with a camcorder that’s reasonably priced. I had $225 to spend, so I decided to look for the X Best camcorder under 200. Of all the cameras I researched, one stood out for me above the rest – the Fitiger Night Vision HD Camera. The company name is new to me, but I did a whole lot of research and read reviews from customers.
Now that I’ve had a chance to try and test this camera, it’s safe to say that this is just brilliant at the job it’s designed for. It’s surprising that I get so much at a price point of $100, so it falls way within my criteria for the Best camcorder under 200 by a long way. I call this an enthusiast’s camera and it comes with some great features and specifications.
Introducing the Fitiger 2.7” Night Vision Video Digital Camcorder Night Vision 24MP HD Digital Camera
With this, Fitiger is selling more than just a camera. It’s a perfect solution for taking pictures and shooting videos, both during the day and night. With the strong Aluminum Alloy body that weighs only 320g and measures approx. 13.5cm x 7.5cm x 7cm, the camera is very light and small. It fits in the palm and you can use it nearly anywhere. I’ve taken pictures and videos at home, in our backyard, on a camping trip and also at the beach.
There is a wide angle lens on the front with a nice bezel surrounding it. There is a strap on the right to help you hold the camera. It comes with a portable tripod carrying bag for protection. Since it’s so easy to carry and use, it’s pretty much a part of me now, like my phone.
I’m very satisfied with the quality of photos and videos. The touchscreen is a blessing, as it makes life so much easier. This camera is fitted with a lot of interesting features.
The night vision functionality works admirably well. My previous camcorder gave out a mild but disturbing mechanical whirring when using the night vision, but not this one. I give several plus points for that alone.

Is There Anything That I’m Not Satisfied With?
If there’s one thing that this camera doesn’t have and I would have liked, is a hot shoe for an external shotgun microphone. But I don’t really miss it that much on this camera, as the built-in microphone is excellent.
While the camera is easy to use, I suggest playing with the exposure settings a bit to set them up properly. When I got the camera, I wasn’t getting the exposure right. I was concerned if it has something to do with the camera. But I spent a few minutes reading the instructions and adjusting the settings, and it worked beautifully. The instructions in the operation manual are very easy to understand.
Since the size of the camera is small, make sure you don’t put your finger on the microphone, on top of the camera.
Overall, with great photo and video resolution, this camera gives me vibrant pictures and allows me to record for over two hours at good resolution. There is a flash to help with outdoor night shoots.
Operation is pretty straight-forward with intuitive menus and self-explanatory control buttons. You can format the optional SD card, view pictures and videos easily. I’m very impressed with the performance. This is for you, if you’re looking for an easy-to-use camera/camcorder that gives you excellent value for money.
